Questions about official Oregon criminal records belong with the government office that holds the source material. Oregon Criminal History is a private reference site, not a records counter. Statewide criminal histories go to Oregon State Police CJIS, state custody questions go to the Department of Corrections, and case documents go to the courts. Arrest reports, bookings, and other local records may require one of Oregon's 36 county or city agencies. The routes below identify the proper starting point.

This Is Not a Government Office. Oregon Criminal History cannot retrieve an official record, conduct an official check, correct or remove an entry, or accept an Oregon set-aside filing. Contact the responsible public office directly.

  • Registry information: use the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registration Section and Oregon Sex Offender Online Search
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report

  • County records: find the correct sheriff, jail, court, or local custodian through the county directory
