Accuracy of Information

An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

Nothing published here is an official record. Confirm a court date with the Oregon Judicial Department or clerk, a state custody status with the Oregon Department of Corrections, a registry profile with the Oregon State Police Sex Offender Registration Section, and a local booking or report with the office that created it. Oregon State Police CJIS is the source for its own criminal-history products. Only the proper issuing office can furnish an official or certified copy.
